Mr. Roeser is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Valuation Analyst, Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor, Certified Financial Planner and California Real Estate Broker. Mr. Roeser spent his early career in management at Ernst & Young, LLP.
His specialties include business consulting services related to buyer and seller issues, business valuations and corporate tax matters. He has provided Expert Witness testimony in the areas of business valuations and corporate taxation.
He is a member of the American Institute and California Society of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, International Association of Certified Financial Planners, Alliance for Merger & Acquisition
Advisors and the International Business Brokers Association. He is highly regarded for his expertise in "deal structuring" representing both buyers and sellers.
He serves on several boards of national-size companies and provides leadership on merger and acquisition issues. In addition, he regularly consults with businesses on exit planning and business divestiture including sale of business issues. He is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara with a degree in economics/accounting.
Mr. Roeser has provided professional services for hundreds of business sales, acquisitions and valuation engagements over the past 20 years. His clients can be found at all points across the country.
Mr. Roeser devotes time and resources to several non-profit organizations including the Fresno Metropolitan Museum of Art and Science as a board trustee and North Fresno Rotary Club. He is a published business writer and an award winning landscape photographer. His other interests include fly fishing, cycling and American history.

Mr. Warner is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor and a California Real Estate Broker whose executive career encompasses a wide variety of leadership experience with both service and manufacturing entities. As an entrepreneur he worked in many capacities including National Sales Manager, Chief Executive Officer, and Business Owner. He has managed and grown multi-site health care businesses, has extensive experience with government supported health care programs and with Health Maintenance Organizations in both non-profit and for profit entities. A proven leader with hands-on management experience he has directed business startups, lead product development programs, and developed successful marketing and sales programs in both the domestic and international arenas.
As a business broker he brings a special knowledge to the M&A process, due to his personal experience in selling his own multi-million dollar entities. As a successful business seller, he has a keen understanding of the entire acquisition process from an owner's point of view. It is this special insight of "having been through the process," which makes him a valuable asset to buyers and sellers.
Mr. Warner is a graduate of California State University Fresno with a degree in Business Administration and emphasis in Finance.
He is an accomplished pilot with over 6,000 hours of logged flight time, holds an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and is type rated to fly the HS-125 Hawker Business Jet. He and his wife Denise, along with their daughter Kristina make their home in Fresno. They enjoy skiing, golf, and travel.
